When you join the team, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years' recent barista experience in a busy café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including coffee shot extraction, milk texturing, and milk splitting
- Ability to manage high coffee volumes while maintaining quality and consistency
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections
- Energy and motivation to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills without compromising the customer experience
- Confidence promoting in-store offers and engaging with customers
- A safety-first approach and ability to remain calm in emergency situations
- Reliability and commitment to the rostered hours below
Working Hours
Most of our stores are open 24 hours so our customers can stock up on essential groceries, grab a hot snack or take a moment to unwind. As a part time employee, you’ll enjoy the predictability of these core hours:

- Monday: 5:00am - 10:00am
- Tuesday: 5:00am - 10:00am
- Wednesday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
- Thursday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
- Friday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
- Monday: 5:00am - 10:00am
- Tuesday: 5:00am - 10:00am
- Wednesday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
- Thursday: 5:00am - 12:00pm
