We are excited to share that we have a Part Time Customer Service/Barista position available at bp Bowen Bridge in Herston as well as multiple casual positions! Rostered hours for the part time role are as follows:

Week 1:
Monday: 05:00-12:00
Tuesday: 05:00-12:00
Wednesday: 05:00-12:00
Thursday: 05:00-12:00
Friday: 05:00-12:00

Week 2:
Monday: 05:00-12:00
Tuesday: 05:00-12:00
Wednesday: 05:00-12:00
Thursday: 05:00-12:00
Friday: 05:00-12:00

As a Customer Service Representative/Barista, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet keeping shelves stocked, making and serving coffee, running the till and keeping the store clean and tidy, because you know it’s the little details that add up to a great customer experience. In fact, it’s your fantastic coffee making skills and bright personality that keep customers coming back day after day.

 Specifically, you bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience as a barista with a PASSION for coffee. Don’t forget to outline this in your resume as best you can if you are interested in this position!
  • Effective communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service
  • Can-do attitude to execute in-store promotions, undertake cleaning activities, replenish and move stock or serve customers at the point of sale
  • Attention to detail the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry our emergency activities if required
  • A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride
  • A positive attitude and a genuine care for teammates and customers


***Casual positions are to mainly cover our afternoon and evening shifts
