As a member of the store leadership team our Assistant store managers support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store's operation including:

• Leading, coaching and training the store team

• Maximising financial performance

• Health, safety, security and the environment

• Delivery of high quality customer service

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Passionate about driving sales and leading from the front in partnership with the store manager

• Focused on health, safety, security and the environment

• Flexible and innovative in their thinking.

• Experienced in coaching and developing others.

• Customer focused and performance driven.

• Team orientated.

• Flexible in working across store operating hours.

• Eligible to work in Australia.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year's supervisory experience in retail and or hospitality.
